Sheepscott Bridges is a web presence for the Sheepscott Community Church, a non-denominational federated church formed by the merger of the First Congregational Church of Newcastle and the Sheepscott United Methodist Church. The SCC uses and maintains the two historic buildings of the founding congregations
For the fall, winter and spring seasons, the congregation worships at the Valley Church, 8 The King's Highway, Sheepscott. The service is at 10 a.m. and the church has a ramp and is wheelchair-accessible.
The congregation migrates to the Hill Church for the summer months
Chrissy Wajer and Cindy Leavitt, assisted by Cyndi Brinkler, offer Sunday School instruction at the Valley Church during the school year. The classes meet in the vestry of the church from about 10:15 to 11:00, following the children's lesson during the service. No Sunday School during the summer.

Visiting soloist on Sunday, July 19, 2009, was Linda Blomquist. Ms. Blomquist is a member of Second Congregational Church, Newcastle, and sings with the Sheepscot Valley Chorus, Coastal Chorale, and the Lincoln Festival Chorus.
